The Ancient Egyptian Rosetta Stone

and Mysticism of Ancient Egyptian s and  explorations

by Nataša Pantović

You have all heard of the conquest of Alexander the Great in 332 BC, when Ionic Greek (Homer-ian) was the language of the governing classes in Egypt. The Greek ruler, Ptolemy V in 200 BC has commissioned the Rosetta stone, to state publicly that he is the rightful pharaoh of Egypt.

Excavated during the Napoleon conquest of Egypt by French archaeologists, the scholars who had accompanied the French army to Egypt in 1799 AC. It found its way to England, in an exchange of Governments from French to British after the French surrender of Egypt in 1801, and is now in the British Museum... The Rosetta stone is written in three writing scripts: hieroglyphic, demotic, and Greek and it is a block of black granite 115 cm high and 70 cm wide.2 ancient egyptian hieroglyphics for god Rosetta Stone research papers

Without the Rosetta stone, we would not have been able to decipher the huge amount of writings, scripts, drawings, temples’ texts left behind by. The Rosetta stone is in two languages: Egyptian and early Ancient Greek. The writing on the Stone is an official message, a decree, about the king Ptolemy V (204 – 181 BC). The decree was copied on to large stone slabs called stelae, which were put in every temple in Egypt. It says that the priests of a temple in Memphis (in Egypt) supports the king.

It is almost a miracle how intact these mummies are! Egypt unveiled on Saturday November 14, a hundred sarcophagi over 2,000 years old in perfect condition, discovered south of Cairo, the largest "treasure" unearthed in the country since the beginning of this year.

The hundred fourth sarcophagi were discovered in three funeral pits, 12 meters deep. "The excavations are still in progress. As soon as we empty a funeral shaft with sarcophagi, we discover another", added the Minister Khaled el-Enani.

 Thoth (Θώθ) or Djehuti ḏḥwtj

By Nataša Pantović

Writing was believed to have been given to humanity by the Egyptian god Thoth Thōth (Θώθ). Thoth, lord of ritual and of words, is an Egyptian god who gave us writing. Plato mentions Thoth in his dialogue Phaedrus. He says writing is a wonderful substitute for memory, yet it will cause that the future generations will hear much without being properly taught, and will appear wise but not be so. Thoth gave us the ancient Egyptian   of the frequency of the 22 letters and sounds, possibly through the mystical learnings passed through the centuries through the Tarot cards and Kabbala’s Tree of Life.

Another Thoth, the Ancient Egyptian King Tut-ankh-amun and his carved letters, left a deep cultural and scientific impact on the history of European / Arabic writing. His carved letters / books are today known as Amarna Letters and speak of writing as a skill much before 1,400 BC.

Sclaveni pre Byzantine Cultural Influence

By Nataša Pantović

Ancient Europe's Cultural Heritage

Europe has passed through a process known in history as “Romanization” that changed indigenous populations, including Roman speech, Roman religion... The historical moment of the Roman conquest has profoundly structured the interpretation of the archaeological remains dating to between 200 BC and 300 AC.

Xanthos now Turkey 39 BC Ancient Greek Tomb British Museum London

Moving deeper into the past, archaeological remains provide evidence for existence of Ancient Europe pre Christ, with major ethnic groups, such as the Germans, the Slavs and the Celts, in prehistory. In Europe, the ancestral remains of various European peoples, help us distinguish between ‘Dorian culture’, ‘Mycenian culture’, ‘Danubian culture’ observing the beauty of the European mixed heritage.

The archaeology of countries where European powers have implemented various forms of institutionalized dominion for considerable periods of time, struggle to identify “own” history: Malta with its Ancient Temples Culture after the Knights, the UK in Ireland, Germany and Turkey in Balkans, both Irish and Slavs are still finding their rightful space in Ancient Europe’s history.

The "imperialist" archaeologies, for instance, deny of any ongoing relationship between living Australian Aborigines and their past which is defined as ‘prehistoric’ and ‘dead’. Israeli archaeology pre Christ is often classified as nationalist. A complex relationship between history, religion, archaeology and the construction of particular cultural identities is often confusing.

Claiming own historical heritage was for some nationalities a troublesome process

Slavs were slaves in Europe, and as such have been traditionally historically identified with Germans, or with Barbarians, even though a Slavic DNA story will tell you a different story of Balkans, that in its mountains, hid first Slavs (Sclaveni) that inhabited Europe. We try to trace them by names.

A complex, extensive and often overtly political in nature, without a wish to offend, archaeology today, fights the core mythological lies of various religions

Giving the full respect to our scientists, it is the fact that the “European”, as “Latin” and North American culture history has been ‘exported’ around the world. It is the basis of our historians’ current mind-sets. The original texts in Ancient Greek about s narrate most interesting new stories.

Internal cultural change and innovation has always been a slow and gradual process amongst most cultural groups. Back in time, 4,000 years, some of the major city centres were leaders of innovation and change. This was RARE in history, so coming across the giants like Babylon, or Ancient Egyptian Cairo, or Ancient Greek Athene, or Ancient Cyprus, or Ancient Malta, or ancient Danube culture, where a cultural group settled for 1,000+ years has created miracles, where writing, science, sports and art flourished, creating pockets of knowledge about micro and macro cosmos, later to be explored during the Age of Enlightenment, and now, post electricity, 4,000 years later, by us,  researchers who wish to dig deeper.

Nicolaus of Damascus Book Bios “Καῖσαρ” KaiCaros (in Slavic "Like the King") Bio of Ceazar

The Ancient Greek historian Nikolas or Nicolaus of Damascus (Greek: Νικόλαος Δαμασκηνός) was a historian and philosopher with a Slavic name who lived during the Augustan age of the so-called Roman Empire. He was born in 64 BC.

He was an intimate friend of Herod the Great (Cezar). According to Sophronius, he was also the tutor of the children of Mark Antony and Cleopatra. He was commissioned for his work. He wrote a universal history in 144 books. His work was mainly lost. Extensive fragments of the first seven books are preserved, these cover the history of the Assyrians, Medes, Greeks, Lydians, and Persians.

The Book 4 of his History was on A-bra-Ham (the monotheism, the Monad), so the historians have named him “a Jew”. However, he has done a work called “On the Psyche”, so he could have also been a Pythagorean or Platonist.

Nikolas wrote "A Life of Augustus", Caesar (Bios *“Καῖσαρ” KaiCaros =  pronounced as “Bios kai Caros”)

Nikolai writes the name of Cezar, in Ancient Homerian Greek as “Καῖσαρ” “Καίσαρος”, “Καίσαρι” sounding as: Kai Caros (meaning in Slavic "kao Car", or "as the King", the Slavic supreme ruler is “Car”) “Καίσαρ” became in Latin "Cezar".

Excerpts from Nicolaus

"Caesar had by this time completed the wars in Europe, had conquered Pompeius in Macedonia, had taken Egypt, had returned from Syria and the Euxine Sea, and was intending to advance in to Africa."

"Caesar wished Octavius (the next Caesar) to have the experience of directing the exhibition of theatrical productions (for there were two theatres, the one Roman, over which he himself had charge, and the other Greek). This he turned over to the care of Octavius."

"He fell, under many wounds, before the statue of Pompeius, and there was not one of them but struck him as he lay lifeless, to show that each of them had had a share in the deed, until he had received thirty-five wounds, and breathed his last."

“There was a crowd, too, in the theatre, which got up and rushed out in disorder (there happened to be a gladiatorial exhibition in progress) knowing nothing definite of what had happened but frightened by the shouting all about them. Some said that the Senate was being slaughtered by gladiators, others that Caesar had been murdered and that his army had started to pillage the city; some got one impression, others another.”

"...carrying their swords bare and shouting that they had acted in behalf of common freedom. A great crowd of gladiators and slaves, who had been prepared for the purpose, followed them. There was much running in the streets and through the forum, now that the news that Caesar had been murdered became known to the throng. The city looked as if it had been occupied by an enemy.”

“Even the city treasury, which his father had filled with funds, they had emptied within two months after Caesar's death, wasting money in large lots on any excuse that offered in the general confusion; and furthermore they were on good terms with the assassins. So Octavianus was the only one left to avenge his father, for Antonius let the whole matter pass, and was even in favour of an amnesty for the assassins.”

On the Psyche - An Arabic translation of his work De Plantis, once attributed to Aristotle, was discovered in Istanbul in 1923. It also exists in a Syriac manuscript at Cambridge.

He is the first one to narrate of a sramana (a Gypsy from India) who burnt himself alive in Athens to demonstrate his faith. A tomb was made to the sramana, still visible in the time of Plutarch, with an inscription "ΖΑΡΜΑΝΟΧΗΓΑΣ ΙΝΔΟΣ ΑΠΟ ΒΑΡΓΟΣΗΣ" (In Slavic: Za roman Čergaš, Indos apo Vargoeše), for a Gypsy (RamaN) from Xegas (Chergash), an Indian from Vargosha. Interestingly, in Serbia, we still call all the gypsis Chergaši...

“Eight naked servants, with girdles round their waists, and fragrant with perfumes, presented the gifts which were brought. The presents were a Hermes (i. e. a man) born without arms, whom I have seen, large snakes, a serpent ten cubits in length, a river tortoise of three cubits in length, and a partridge larger than a vulture. They were accompanied by the person, it is said, who burnt himself to death at Athens. This is the practice with persons in distress. On his tomb was this inscription:  ΖΑΡΜΑΝΟΧΗΓΑΣ ΙΝΔΟΣ ΑΠΟ ΒΑΡΓΟΣΗΣ

ZA-RMANO-CHEGASH,, for a “Roman”, “Gypsy” Chergash, an Indian, a native of Vargosha.

Researching Ancient History is like Playing the Glass Bead Game with Pythagoras

Reblogged from Nataša Pantović:

Ancient Greek Herodotus Ἡρόδοτος 484 BC – 425 BC, the Father of History

A Barbarian about Slavs and Ancient Europe, Balkan

by Nataša Pantović

History as Playing the Glass Bead Game with Pythagoras

In 1943, the Nobel wining novelist Herman Hesse published his novel The Glass Bead Game, Das Glasperlenspiel, set in a monastic society that develops minds by studying and playing the glass bead game. One would master philosophy and literature, and then focus on mathematics and music to be able to play the Game. Both mathematics and music are with us since the time of Pythagoras. History is like playing the Hesse's glass bead game with Pythagoras...

Mathematics is described as the science of pattern and music as the  of pattern, both using meditation within the process of contemplation developing own language of .

The Ancient Greek Herodotus Ἡρόδοτος 484 BC – 425 BC (H-R-DATOS) as his name suggests was a King's historian, the one who collects data for the King or the Priest. It is hard to believe that a family would have given such a name to a child. (“Statistcians” you shall be, so we shall name you H-R-DaToS).

The Books I Picked & Why

Language of Amarna - Language of Diplomacy: Perspectives on the Amarna Letters

By J. Jana Mynarova

Language of Amarna - Language of Diplomacy: Perspectives on the Amarna Letters

Why this book?

Better known as Amarna Heresy, a philosophical discussion from Ancient Egypt's Babylon about Monotheism and Trinity written 3,000 years ago. “To the King, My Sun, My God, the Breath of My Life…” This remarkable collection contains requests for gold, offers of marriage, warning of a traitor, and promises of loyalty to the pharaoh – letters of correspondence, all written in Akkadian. The Amorite tribes from Babylonia, form part of this correspondence.

Akhenaten 1378 - 1361 BC, was the first Egyptian ruler in history, who has specifically written about Egyptian Gods, a practice usually kept behind the closed doors of the temples. The deity called Aten inspired such devotion in Pharaoh Akhenaten that he built a new capital city which he named ‘Horizon of the Aten’ (modern Amarna), dedicated to the AΘen. He spoke of a deity with no image, an omnipotent God/goddess that emanates aNX, holy spirits, served by all the other Ancient Egyptian Gods, as the ancient saints or angels, who all had their own role in the kingdom of God.

Moses and Akhenaten: The Secret History of Egypt at the Time of the Exodus

By Ahmed Osman

Moses and Akhenaten: The Secret History of Egypt at the Time of the Exodus

Why this book?

A historian, lecturer, researcher, and author, Ahmed Osman is a British Egyptologist born in Cairo who published three books: Stranger in the Valley of the Kings (1987), Moses: Pharaoh of Egypt (1990) and The House of the Messiah (1992) says that Tut-Ankh-Amun had a very similar “story” to Jesus.

The Egyptian Book of the Dead contains the Ancient Egyptian Negative Confessions that were originally written on Temple walls and as the burial texts, and were "I have not stolen...", "I have not killed", etc., a letter written to Gods, engraved on Temples walls and prepared as Papyruses 2,000 BC and were equal to "Thou shalt not", the Ten Commandments of Jewish and Christian ethics, later perceived as divine revelation. The Negative Confession is accompanied by a list of protective sounds and symbols that kept souls safe from demons. Just for the history lovers, the timeline of these is the following:

3150 BC – First preserved hieroglyphs, in the tomb of a king at Abydos

2345 BC – First royal pyramid, of King Unas, to contain the Pyramid Texts, carved for the king

2100 BC – First Coffin Texts, painted on the coffins

1550 BC – Papyrus copies of the Book of the Dead are used instead of inscribing spells on the walls of the tombs

Ahmed Osman tells us about Tut-Ankh-Amun Trinity and Jesus:

“In the tomb of Tut-Ankh-Amun (*note the name TuT aNX aMN) there is a unique scene, representing the Trinity of Christ. As I stood alone, gazing at the painting of the burial chamber on the north wall, I realized for the first time that I was looking at the strongest pictorial evidence linking Tutankhamun and Christ.”

Inanna, Lady of Largest Heart: Poems of the Sumerian High Priestess Enheduanna

By Betty De Shong Meador

Inanna, Lady of Largest Heart: Poems of the Sumerian High Priestess Enheduanna

Why this book?

Scholars have disagreed when written records become literature, yet the earliest literary authors known by name are Ptahhotep (who wrote in Egyptian) and Enheduanna (who wrote in Sumerian), dating to around 2400 BC. Enheduanna is the earliest known Female Poet. She was the High Priestess of the goddess Inanna and the moon god Nanna (Sin). She lived in the Sumerian city-state of Ur in Syria. So this would be my 3rd recommendation for all the researchers of Ancient History.

Enheduanna's contributions to Sumerian literature, include the collection of hymns known as the "Sumerian Temple Hymns", 37 tablets to be exact, from 2,700 BC. The temple hymns were the first collection of their kind, the copying of the hymns indicates that they were used long after and held in very high esteem.

Sīn or Suen (Akkadian: EN.ZU or lord-ess of wisdom) or Nanna was the goddess of the moon in the Mesopotamian religions of Sumer, Akkad, Assyria, and Babylonia. Nanna (the classical Sumerian spelling is DŠEŠ.KI = the technical term for the crescent moon, also refers to the deity, is a Sumerian deity worshiped in Ur (Syria you must have guessed). The book is a precious collection of the world's oldest rituals, and hymns that had influenced the development of all religious thoughts.

The Derveni Papyrus: Cosmology, Theology and Interpretation

By Gábor Betegh

The Derveni Papyrus: Cosmology, Theology and Interpretation

Why this book?

The Derveni papyrus (500 BC), an ancient Macedonian papyrus that was found in 1962, and was finally published, just recently, in 2006. Derveni Papyrus, is now at Thessaloniki Museum, Greece. This version was published in 340 BC and it is an Orphic book of mystical initiations.

The scroll was carefully unrolled and the fragments joined together, thus forming 26 columns of text. which was used in the mystery cult of Dionysus by the 'Orphic initiators'. It is a philosophical treatise written as a commentary on an Orphic poem, a Theogony concerning the birth of the gods, compiled in the circle of the philosopher AnaXagoras.

The scroll contains a philosophical treatise on a lost poem describing the birth of the gods and other beliefs focusing on Orpheus, the mythical musician who visited the underworld to reclaim his dead love. The Orpheus cult tells us of a single creator god, of the trinity, of resurrection, of a virgin's child, back in the Macedonian region of Ancient Greece that was the Ancient Europe during 400 BC...

Both Orpheus and Heraclitus compose allegories about the secrets of nature and of God. In the Orphic cosmogony, he was writing only for the "pure in hearing".

Φερεκύδης - Θεογονία | Pherecydes - Theogony

By Auth Vasileios Kaziltzis

Φερεκύδης - Θεογονία | Pherecydes - Theogony

Why this book?

The Ancient Greek manuscript tradition and writing of history usually starts with re-writing myths, mentioning the creation story, or using the collection of myths from the Greek work called the Theogony Θεογονία “Birth of the Gods” attributed to Hesiod 700 BC. It is a long narrative poem compiling Ancient Greek myths. Hesiod describes how the gods were created, their struggles with each other, and the nature of their divine rule. In the Theogony, the origin (arche / aRČe) is Chaos, a primordial condition, a gaping void (abyss), with the beginnings and the ends of the earth, sky, sea, gods, mankind. Symbolically associated with water, it is the source, origin, or root of things that exist. Then came Gaia (Earth), Tartarus (the cave-like space under the earth), and Eros, who becomes the creator of the world
